The Gourmet Restaurant acts as the Regnum Carya's main restaurant, serving outstanding breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets daily. Its seemingly never-ending selection of dishes is so impressive in variety, quality and presentation.
Tramonto
Named after the Italian word for "sunset", Ristorante Tramonto serves authentic Italian cuisine in an elegant Mediterranean-inspired setting. Using only the finest ingredients, our top chefs have put together a comprehensive and elegant menu of pasta dishes, risottos and pizzas. End your meal with a sweet finish and choose from a spectrum of fresh fruit desserts, chocolate and caramel delicacies and of course, the irresistible classic tiramisu.
Chufang
Chufang Restaurant offers a fine selection of Far Eastern cuisine, with menu options ranging from traditional dim sum and stir-fry’s to flavorful Indian vegetarian biryani and roasted Peking duck.
The Seahorse
Situated in Antalya along the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, it is imperative that Regnum Carya provides its guests with fresh seafood at all times. The Seahorse Restaurant's menu offers a variety of oceanic main courses as well as a “Fried Fish of the Day” option to satisfy any seafood-lovers palate. Fresh herbs, high-quality Mediterranean olive oil, and garden-fresh organic vegetables beautifully compliment the fresh seafood dishes offered.
The Ottoman
As a Turkish resort, Regnum Carya is honoured to serve high-quality, authentic Turkish cuisine to its guests. The Ottoman acts as the resort’s most popular a la carte restaurant, proudly representing the Turkish culture and its well-renowned cuisine through its remarkable menu and food presentation. From an assortment of mezze options, authentic dishes, and irresistible desserts, the Ottoman is a lovely dinner option for those who appreciate fine Turkish cuisine or wish to try it for the first time.
Sandal
What better way to enjoy fresh seafood than to have it served outdoors with the beautiful Antalya sea only steps away. Open during the summer season, the Sandal Restaurant allows you to choose from a selection of fresh seafood options as well as the popular “Fish of the Day” offer. In addition, the Sandal has an array of Mediterranean appetisers and desserts to add to the many delicious main courses featured on the menu.
One Lobby Bar
The One Lobby Bar is the largest bar in the main hotel building and attracts guests with live music each evening. Located steps away from the resort's infamous fountain and in direct vicinity of the heated outdoor pool, the One Lobby Bar terrace is complete with a comfortable outdoor lounge area. Shisha, live music, an evening fountain show, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are offered to guests.
Score Sports Bar
Score Sports Bar is an ideal spot to enjoy a beverage while watching any sports game. With a large bar, several TV's, darts and a remarkable view of the resort's landscape, Score Sports Bar is a great bar to watch your favourite teams compete.
19th Hole Golf Bar
Located in the main building, the 19th Hole Bar is a great bar to grab a drink at anytime. Featuring a small terrace, exceptional bar, and large lounge area, the 19th Hole Bar is a perfect pit stop for a coffee or cocktail before heading to the spa or one of the many a la carte restaurants just steps away.
Designed to live up to its name, the 19th Hole Bar is embellished with signed photographs of famous golfers who have competed at the National Golf Club (such as Christel Boeljon and Maria Verchenova). A small putting area is also featured in the centre of the space, tying together the theme of the bar.
Shamrock Irish Bar
A good pub provides a space where like the drinks, solid conversation can flow. It is no secret that the Irish have this concept down to a science, so we decided to add a little piece of Dublin to the resort and emulate the ambience of a traditional Irish pub. The Shamrock Irish Pub has a very sophisticated feel to it, from its hardwood floors, elegant wooden bar, and chic leather furniture complete with a breathtaking view from the terrace, it is certainly a great place to grab a pint of Guinness and relax.
Zing Vitamin Bar
Located within the GreenDoor Spa & Wellness Centre, the resort’s Zing Vitamin Bar provides guests with a variety of fresh and nutritious beverage options. The array of delicious and vitamin-packed refreshments is a perfect addition to any relaxing spa treatment or vigorous fitness activity. In addition to fresh juices and smoothies, tea and coffee is also offered at Zing Vitamin Bar.
Rouge Night Club
Regnum Carya's very own Rouge Nightclub is located in its main building, allowing guests to party all night with only a quick walk back to their room to worry about. Operating every evening during the winter season, the Rouge Nightclub features a spectacular DJ, great parties, free flowing drinks and karaoke nights.
The Beach House
Located on the beach, The Beach House bar and snack bar is open only in the summer season (April 1st – October 31st).
The Harbour Pier Bar
Located on one of the beautiful Regnum Carya piers, the Harbour Pier Bar is one of the best spots at the resort to grab a refreshing cocktail or beverage during the summer season. Surrounded by the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea, the bar offers an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments to keep guests hydrated and happy during a wonderful day at the beach. Please Note: the Harbour Pier Bar is open only during the summer season (May 1st – September 30th)
Blue Pool Bar
The Blue Pool Bar is located steps away from the Heated Outdoor Pool and only operates during the summer season. Staff on roller skates are ready to serve refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly while guests relax by the pool. A shaded area with tables and chairs is also featured in front of the bar.
