Asmani Restaurant
The Barut family was sitting on Akra’s roof terrace sampling delicious flavours prepared using regional products and sharing ideas about the restaurant’s concept, beginning with its name. They realised that, thanks to the incandescent moon and stars, they could see each other and their beautifully presented dishes. Gazing into the clear sky was mesmerising, as if they could touch the constellations. On that night, Asmani was born. In the Ottoman language, ‘asmani’ means ‘of the sky, the sun, and the moon’.

Akra offers one heated indoor swimming pool, three outdoor adult pools, and one outdoor kid’s pool, as well as a platform beach on the sea cliff, a beach bar, and a beach snack bar. The pool is open between 09:00 and 20:00 in the summer season.

Akra offers two ballrooms and 16 fully carpeted meeting rooms, with the largest providing capacity for 500 people in a gala layout and 750 people in a theatre layout. Most of our rooms feature sea views, and all include blackout blinds, a projector and screen, Wi-Fi and a sound system. Indoor and outdoor parking lots, plus a valet service, ensure maximum convenience and ease for your attendees. We have a wide selection of menus for weddings, conferences, meetings, galas, graduations parties, exhibitions, fairs, henna nights, engagement parties, circumcision ceremonies, and birthdays.
Spa & Fitness
Conducted by The LifeCo, spa and detox treatments include a range of therapies, including programmes to address daily healthy eating and detox, weight control, energy and immune system, diabetes control, and heart and circulatory health. There are also anti-ageing therapies, anti-stress programmes, and SPA programmes that provide total indulgence!
The AkraFit sports centre and indoor swimming pool is on the S floor of the Hotel. With state-of-the-art equipment from Technogym, programmes include fitness, training, cross-fit, spinning, yoga, swimming, Pilates, and Zumba. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools. AkraFit is open between 06:00 and 22:00. We offer three-month, six-month and annual membership packages.
